Artifact Reinterpretation

Drawing inspiration from classical art and antiquities across cultures, this series is informed by concepts
like "defamiliarization" and "Deconstructivism." It reconstructs and juxtaposes classical Chinese cultural symbols with elements from other cultures to foster cross-cultural dialogue.

The three-legged forms reference common styles from China's Neolithic period, reinterpreted and infused with the curves of the female breast. My sculptures emphasize female body forms, exploring the dynamic fusion of body and object.
